Cloud Engineer

Your Role In Our Team

▪ You will participate in system design planning, review, and implementation with peers and partners tocreate enterprise SaaS solutions built on Azure and other cloud providers such as AWS, GCP.

▪ You will participate in creating the deployments using helm or operator or yaml in orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

▪ Your carry out the delivery of programmable infrastructure (Infrastructure as Code), Security by Design and automation/orchestration such as network, security,server, IAM, OS and applications.

▪ You will have a strong commitment to data security and integrity, quality, reliability, uptime and customer satisfaction.

▪ You participate in agile infrastructure and software development using Scrum methodology.

▪ You will closely work with cloud architects, cloud engineers and development teams in provisioning the infra in azure cloud.

Your Profile

▪ You have obtained BE or master’s degree in computer science, Information Management, or a related field.

▪ You must have overall 4 years of experience in software products (IT)in the pharmaceutical domain

▪ You have 4-6 hands on experience with orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, AKS, Open Shift etc. and IAC technologies such as Pulumi, Terraform, ARM Templates, Bicep, etc.)

▪ You possess the ability to code/script in administrative type languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Bash), but also traditional programming languages such as Java and data serialization languages (JSON, YAML).

▪ You have 6-8 experience with cloud-based software development tools and methodologies (e.g. Git, CI/CD,Build Automation and testing, Azure DevOps, Azure pipelines etc.).

▪ You have extensive hands-on experience with Linux systems, bash scripting & open API Specification.

▪ You must have experience in systems management in a cloud-computing environment including the use of virtualization, load balancing, auto-scaling, networked storage, etc.

▪ You possess knowledge of quality ensuring measures, such as unit/acceptance testing as well as test automation and its application in cloud environments.

▪ You have extensive hands-on experience with Linux systems (Linux/Redhat/CentOS or similar

distributions) and Windows Server (2019) along with system services like DNS/DHCP, NFS, SYSLOG, SSH, SSL, etc.

▪ You have gained experience with Azure Service including solid understanding of Computing includes AKS, VMs etc. Networking (VNet, Snet, firewalls, DNS), Databases (Postgres, SQL etc.), Key Vaults, Storage Accounts, IAM and RBAC.

▪ You have knowledge of networking fundamentals and network requirements (Site2site VPN, gateways) for cloud to on premise connectivity.

▪ You have exceptional oral and written communication skills and work well in a distributed team environment where the goal is to spread knowledge.

▪ You have demonstrated ability to estimate efforts, commit to timelines and complete technical tasks and technical documentation on time.

▪ You have knowledge of GxP and GAMP generally regulated industries and environments.

▪ Your experience leading or mentoring colleagues in a technical capacity is preferred.

▪ You preferably have certifications in cloud computing (Azure Solution Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer etc.).

▪ Being a team player and encouraging a positive work environment is essential.
