Should have hands on experience in IT Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Preparing BRDs/ FSDs/ product manuals, writing use cases, reviewing test cases, functional testing.
Good understanding of banking system preferably public sector bank, retail, internet, mobile and corporate banking, trade finance, forex system, payments domain.
Good verbal and written communication skills
