We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Consultant to join our team and spearhead a transformative project for Big4 Australian Bank.
Candidate responsible for leading and executing initiatives related to commercial banking data transformation, Generation AI (Gen AI), analytical capabilities, banking automation, and operational projects.
Key Engagement Responsibilities Would Be
SME in commercial banking
Strategy Development
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop strategic roadmaps for leveraging banking data, Gen AI, and analytical capabilities.
Define and prioritize initiatives to enhance banking automation and operational efficiency.
Technical Expertise
Provide subject matter expertise in commercial banking data management, including data acquisition, cleansing, integration, and governance.
Drive the adoption of advanced analytics techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract insights and drive decision-making.
Project Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of banking automation solutions and operational enhancements.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery within scope and quality standards.
Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Serve as the SME in commercial banking in internal as well as client discussions.
Client Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and Client, serving as a trusted advisor on commercial banking data and other initiatives.
Proactively identify opportunities for additional value-added services and drive business development efforts to expand our footprint within the client organization.
Job Requirements
Qualification/Skillset Required:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
10 years of experience in BFSI, with a focus on banking and financial services.
Effectively manage a team of 7 to 8 members
Deep understanding of banking data architecture, including data modeling, warehousing, and visualization tools.
Strong expertise in advanced analytics techniques, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior executives and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
Australian banking industry experience preferred.
Open to relocate.
