Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort throughout their stay. Your main responsibilities will include guest registration, handling bookings, and providing assistance as needed during your scheduled hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
• Register guests, verify their information, and process payments accurately.
• Manage bookings, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, stocking supplies as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling reservations.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or receptionist role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, email).
• Ability to work flexible hours between 10:00 and 22:00, including weekends and holidays.
