Director of Continuous Improvement (Business/Transactional Process Improvement)

We are currently searching for a Director of Continuous Improvement (with focus on non-manufacturing areas) to join a major electronics business on a transformation journey. The client is a diverse, people-oriented company, with flat hierarchy, offering opportunities to make impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of a critical business unit, ensuring alignment with global production strategies.
• Collaborate closely with finance, marketing, demand planning, and R&D to address and streamline processes.
• Implement structured process improvements in areas like budgeting, HR processes, payroll harmonization, and demand planning.
• Facilitate problem-solving initiatives and drive a strategic approach to manufacturing challenges.
• Act as a hands-on leader, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading a business transformation outside of manufacturing, with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build consensus across diverse teams.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of executing plans and solving complex problems.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Kaizen, and daily management.
• Ability to manage and lead change, with a focus on achieving tangible results.
