As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing scheduling logistics, ensuring all appointments and therapist assignments are precisely maintained.
The Role
Responsibilities
Organize and update therapist schedules and client appointments using CentralReach.
Adjust schedules as needed, including editing permissions and entering services accurately.
Quickly address and resolve any scheduling discrepancies and errors.
Recalculate monthly therapy hours to ensure precision.
Convert and lock appointment codes as necessary, ensuring alignment with authorizations.
Maintain meticulous data management within CentralReach, including client demographics, medical records, insurance information, and billing details.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency in English with excellent written communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
Familiarity with CentralReach software and ABA therapy practices is preferred but not required.
Ability to tackle complex scheduling and administrative problems effectively.
Professional demeanor, capable of working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
