About The Role
As a Social Media Creator, you will work closely with your team and the communications, design, and video departments to implement and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms through content creation. We are based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and are equipped with a full-service studio. We encourage someone in this position to utilize the tools available at our office. The Social Media Creator will be responsible for creating engaging content for multiple brands over multiple platforms.
We are launching two additional sexual wellness brands this summer and have multiple brand partners you will be working on. We are seeking someone with new ideas who loves creating and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a social media content strategy for our brands along with our team
Create and curate content for our various social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and other emerging social platforms
Shoot and edit visually engaging and professional photos and videos optimized for social
Create eye-catching graphics, motion graphics, and stories tailored to suit each platform
Work with ambassadors and influencers to generate user-generated content
Organize and manage creative assets and maintain an organized archive
Collaborate with the Pure Romance team to ensure consistency of brand messaging and integrated social media campaigns
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and latest developments in social media marketing, and apply insights to improve content performance
What Will Make You Stand Out
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Photography, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop new and innovative content ideas
Ability to create engaging and shareable content that resonates with the target audiences
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously
Understanding of branding guidelines and ability to ensure consistency across all social media platforms
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Expertise in social media platforms, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and knowledge of other emerging platforms
Knowledge of video production and editing for platforms like Adobe Premiere Pro or Capcut
Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suites, other content creation apps such as Canva, CapCut, and GoDaddy Studio
Understanding of photography equipment and photo editing is preferred
Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks
Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work:
This is a part-time, in-person position in our Downtown Cincinnati office. The role will be a contract-to-hire position. You will be hired as a contractor for the first 6 months and have the opportunity to sign on for a full-time position when the contract ends. The salary offered will remain the same between the contractor & full-time period.
