This trillion $ international bank seeks career-minded candidates to join their Loan Operations team, located in their midtown Manhattan offices. Duties will include:
Helps monitor and anticipate the work volume, set priorities, and distribute work among subordinates. Ensure that all work is processed and documented in compliance with the binding agreement(s) and Branch's policies and procedures.
Ensures data integrity of all systems and files in support of the operations conducted and that appropriate audit trail is established.
Trains the subordinates and assess their work for accuracy and timeliness and makes recommendations to Department Manager on staffing-related issues.
Helps coordinate workflow and information flow between Loan Operations and other departments in the Bank.
Qualified candidates must have:
At least 3 years of loan operations experience, including syndicated loans.
Experience with the real estate and MML sectors.
Supervisory experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
