This full-time position (36-40 hours/week) is perfect for an SLP who is passionate about working with children and families. You will have the flexibility to spread your work over 4 or 5 days (Monday through Friday) and will be compensated with a competitive pay range of $43 to $49 per treatment hour (depending on experience) plus productivity bonuses. Additionally, non-treatment time, such as late cancellations, report writing, paperwork, and meetings, are all compensated. Part-time options can be considered.

Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive assessment, interpretation, and reporting that capture the child's skills and deficits, taking a holistic and functional view of children's needs.
Set therapeutic expectations for clients based on documented objective and subjective data while motivating children and providing individualized challenges.
Partner with families to empower them to teach and support their child's communication.
Support a culture of collaboration amongst our team and with families.

Requirements
Master’s Degree in the Communication Sciences and Disorders (or similar field)
Appropriate Washington State Speech Language Pathologist licensure
