The Receptionist is responsible for exemplary customer service delivery while greeting patients and visitors, answering high volume phone calls and overseeing other daily operations of front desk in a medical office to maintain optimal flow of services rendered.
Greets all patients and visitors in person or by telephone. Uses customer service principles and techniques while responding to patient inquiries.
Checks in patients for exams.
Order entry into AllScripts after registration is completed.
Communicates with offices for new orders.
Assists patients with picking up films.
Communicates with physicians and staff regarding any patient related issues.
