Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator role oversees the planning, organization, scheduling, procedures, and timing for installations and special projects, including communication with Kardex Supply Chain, Dealers, Installers, and Customers

Your responsibilities

• Involved in pre-sales project quotes for services, supplier goods, installation, and delivery.
• Organizing the resources needed for projects, such as the subcontractors, equipment rentals, logistics, and acceptance at the completion.
• Travel as required for Kick Off meeting, site surveys, installation and acceptance management.
• An understanding of team capacity and task delegation
• Weekly tracking and monthly reporting to Kardex Global Project Portfolio reviews, utilizing Kardex project processes.
• Time management
• Communicating with clients and making good decisions about customer service
• Primary POC and Kardex SME for specialty products and installs.
• Making the work schedules
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience recommended.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Great communication skills with our team internally
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
