Program Manager

The main function of this Program Manager position is to operate programs and collaborations in support of research activities and employees, including employee onboarding, procuring software, recruiting participants, and other general support as assigned.

Job responsibilities:

• Onboard folks conducting research to tools and programs available.

• Operate existing and develop and implement new procedures for participant recruiting needs.

• Measure the effectiveness of research recruiting campaigns and programs.

• Identify and create clarity in research processes.

• Create documentation according to set standards regarding clarity, conciseness, style and terminology.

• Coordinate projects, making and implementing detailed plans to accomplish goals.

• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings.

• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, negotiation skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.

• Knowledge of Azure DevOps and MS PowerBI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• 2-4 years experience required in User Experience, Marketing, Program Management or similar in some combination
