Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Marketing Assistant to support our CEO, Mandeep Bhalla. This role demands a sharp individual with exceptional multitasking abilities, excellent English writing and speaking skills, and a proactive approach to work. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in streamlining the CEO's workload, ensuring efficient operation of the office, and maintaining professional external and internal communications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage paperwork for prospects, including account creation and estimate generation.
  • Invoice management in the books for existing and new clients
  • Handle all administrative paperwork for new employees, ensuring smooth onboarding.
  • Coordinate podcast schedules, manage communications with guests, co-hosts, and the team.
  • Organize travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals) and ensure seamless coordination with travelers.
  • Communicate with team members on behalf of the CEO for day-to-day tasks, ensuring clarity and efficiency.
  • Manage and consistently post content on Podcast Social Media pages.
  • Create daily social media content for the CEO to post, aligning with the company's brand and message.
  • Participate in training sessions to learn and understand the responsibilities fully.
  • Travel with the CEO across the country for industry events.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive / Marketing Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and social media platforms.
  • Smart, hardworking, and a quick learner with a positive attitude.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism or English (Mandatory)

· 2 Years Experience In Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Sales, Customer Service or related field

. Have the schedule to work in a Hybrid Environment. 3 Days in office 2 days from home weekly.
