Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Maintenance Worker at Urban Resource Institute. The Maintenance Worker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including equipment maintenance, using power tools, carpentry work, plumbing repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance. The role will require the ability to work in the New York City Metropolitan Area.


Qualifications

  • Experience in equipment maintenance, power tool operation, and carpentry
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and ability to perform repairs
  • Skills in preventive maintenance techniques
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
