Intellectual Property Legal Assistant

LHH is currently assisting an AmLaw firm source an IP Legal Assistant in Las Vegas, Nevada. The ideal candidate will be have 4 years of relevant experience and be okay with fast paced, high volume work. This individual will communicate frequently with the clients in order to serve them adequately.

Duties:

• Coordinate the assignment and completion of tasks, confirm the Partner’s review of tasks, and ensure the timely delivery of work products to clients.
• Attend meetings, video conferences, and phone calls, as needed, with or on behalf of the Partner
• Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Must have great time management skills and give timely responses to client inquiries and coordinate follow-up with clients on pending matters.
• Manage and coordinate the Partner’s schedule, including arranging speaking engagements and attendance at conferences.
• Assist in developing forms and templates for client work products.
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• 4 years of Legal Assistance experience, preferably in an IP environment
• Must be okay working a hybrid schedule this role is not fully remote

Salary: $70K-$95K DOE
