CoreWeave is looking for a Director of Investor Relations who will be excited to take on new challenges . The candidate can expect to develop and manage strategies for effective communication with investors, including presentations, reports, and investor meetings.
Your Role:
Hybrid Workplace
Successful candidates will be expected to attend onboarding training at our NJ Headquarters within their first several weeks of employment, with subsequent quarterly travel requirements of 1 week duration.

Your Role:
- Investor Communications:, Financial Reporting: Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and help investors understand the company's financial performance.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and investor perceptions to inform company strategy and investor communications.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in investor communications.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including shareholders, potential investors, analysts, and media, to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Feedback to Management: Relay investor feedback, perceptions, and concerns to the company's management and board of directors.
- Fundraising Support: Assist in fundraising activities, including preparing materials and participating in pitches to potential investors.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree can be an advantage.
- Extensive experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or a related field, preferably in the technology sector. 10-15 Years
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, often with shifting priorities.
