Job Description

Role:

To direct the operations of a small, remote Credit Union facility (usually 1 to 3 people), ensuring the branch meets the organization financial, Lending and operational goals.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite Consumer Loans
  • Open/Close Branch
  • Lead and Motivate Staff
  • Prepare Branch Reports
  • Represent the Credit Union professionally in its relationships with members, sponsors organization(s) and suppliers
  • Assist Members:
    • Performs Teller Transactions
    • Open New Accounts
    • Member Disputes/Complaints
    • Notary Service
  • Cross-Sell Credit Union products and services

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Two to five years of similar or related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Seniority level
