Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries
Coordinate and oversee the logistics of internal and external events, such as conferences and workshops
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents
Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
Maintain and update company databases, records, and filing systems
Assist with budget tracking and expense management
Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
Requirements
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
