Who are we?

Get-e is a global provider of ground transportation management for businesses. We serve airlines, medical escorts, and corporate clients in over 110 countries and at more than 900 destinations. Get-e offers professional business taxis, executive drivers, buses, and similar transportation to our extensive client base.


What do you tell others you do?

As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for the HR process at Get-e. This process is not yet set in stone, so it's your task to refine it! Half of your time is spent on operational processes such as contracts, processing changes, and absenteeism. The rest of your time, you enjoy engaging with managers and employees to provide HR advice. Additionally, you work on refining HR policies and contribute to interesting projects that support the organization's growth!


As an HR Business Partner, you report to the Head of People and collaborate with other colleagues across the organization. In short, a versatile and great role for an ambitious HR professional.


What you really do:

  • You are responsible for the complete HR administration.
  • You proactively participate in HR projects.
  • You are a listening ear for the organization and support employees as needed.
  • Together with Recruitment, you work on a positive company culture.
  • You act as a sparring partner for managers.
  • You ensure connection among colleagues.

  • A salary up to €4000 based on a full-time work week.
  • A good pension plan.

We get excited about the following profile:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in HR.
  • You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus.
  • You are available at least 32 hours per week.
  • You are willing to work at our office in Hoofddorp at least 2 days per week.
