International PR Coordinator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic International PR Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with international press, managing media inquiries, organizing events, and coordinating communication efforts across various platforms and departments. This role requires a proactive approach to identify opportunities for positive coverage and effective communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintain excellent relationships with International Press and manage editorial requests (US, Europe excluded Italy and UK and APAC);
• Work proactively to identify opportunities and secure positive coverage through features, new stories and product placement across all target online and offline media
• Support in managing WW media inquiries and interview requests;
• Organize and manage fashion shows and handle other events organization;
• Produce press materials and asset packages, including writing press release;
• Coordinate reporting and monitoring key KPIs;
• Coordinate communications with license partners;
• Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Wholesale & Digital Business and Creative Content teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a PR role, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
• Strong understanding of intsernational media landscapes and established relationships with key media contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using PR and media monitoring tools.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
