Reporting to Manager

Job Objective The Incumbent Will Be Responsible For

 responsible for providing technical support on SAP basis systems. understanding

business processes and requirements and translating them into SAP system

configurations.

 Basis consultants facilitate seamless integration by configuring interfaces,

managing middleware components, and collaborating with developers to enable

innovation and unlock new possibilities for businesses.

 Role also contain the authorizations that users can use to access the

transactions, reports, Web-based applications, and so on that are contained in

the menu.

Primary Responsibilities

 Monitor/Support/perform SAP Basis Administration activities such as ID/Role creation in SAP, BW and HANA

 Configuring TMS, transporting objects to different systems  Performing System Refresh,

 Monitoring and Managing backups of all system

 Install, configure, maintain, migrate or upgrade the SAP systems as required

 Kernel Upgradation, User master & authorization

Document SAP processes, procedures, and plans; including changes, upgrades, and new services Look into

and troubleshoot daily SAP Basis related issues

 Perform regular maintenance like patching and service stack upgrades and performance Tuning for

HANA/Sybase/MAXDB Database and SAP systems
