About the Role: This role ensures robotic equipment uptime and take actions to improve the same. The person will improve availability of the robotic equipment by developing a standard Planned Maintenance mechanism, ensure adherence across TASL and improve uptime
Experience: 8 years in Aerospace / Automobile / Metal cutting / Assembly plants
Responsibilities:
Formulating action plans for correction of robotic equipment repetitive failure through implementing kaizen to reduce the MTBF & MTTR. Initiating solutions and action plans for customer complaints
Deciding the frequency of Preventive & Predictive maintenance based on past learnings, break down trend & RCCA.
Implementing Digitization and TPM
Drive the Cost reduction and conservation Initiatives taken by the department as well as plant level.
Drives the Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
Drive performance improvement and development activities. Imparting maintenance training to the related members of Robot end-users in order to improve the skill levels of the technicians
Timely supporting to TASL plants on abnormalities raised during periodic and breakdown maintenance
Developing PM schedules and have regular focused interactions to improve autonomous & planned maintenance at all plant PEM & production cells
Ensure Uptime, MTTR & MTBF targets are achieved
Facilitating for new projects implementation from PEM side
RCCA for each break downs & exploring possibility of MTTR / MTBF Kaizen.
Working closely with internal supplier functions to reduce communication gaps and get the outputs on time
Streamlining the feedback mechanism from internal customer fucntions in order to improve customer satisfaction
Qualifications: Diploma, BE & Above (Mechatronics/Elect/Electronics)
Required Skills:
Thorough knowledge on Robots usages in Paint Booth, Riveting operations, Conventional Machines & Service Support. Added advantage : Maintenance of CNC, Special Purpose, Heat Treatment, Sheetmetal Forming. Development of manufacturing facilities, associated infrastructure and manufacturing equipment. Handling of DG Sets, Compressors, Electrical Sub-stations.
Electrical: Fair Knowledge on Robotic and its PLC Systems, Robot-operations, Programming, Mastering, Teaching, Reference setting, Parameters - Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, YASKAWA, Mitsubishi, TALBRO. Controllers like Seimens, Fanuc, Alen Bradley, Mitsubshi, Robots, SCADA, Switch Gears, Breakers, Transformers, Laser Calibration, Trouble shooting on electrical circuit diagram, selection of electrical elements, VFD Operations. Robo battery replacement, Teaching pendant replacement, Robo arms alignments through referencing, Parameters reloading.
Hydraulics : Trouble shooting & minor modification on hydraulic circuit, Pressure Setting, Pump Selection.
