Position Title: Application Engineer(Internal Support)

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Years of Exp: 3-6 Relevant Years

Looking for candidates who have in-depth technical knowledge along with costing, quotation, proposal, application, techno commercial and design area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Omniseal's products and their applications.
2. Analyze customer RFQs and leverage your design and material expertise to identify the most appropriate seal design.
3. Directly communicate with customer, if necessary to gather technical information to prepare the quote.
4. Produce clear, detailed, and accurate technical proposals.
5. Leverage costing knowledge to create competitive quotes.
6. Negotiate and meet deadlines for quote submissions.
7. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure technical & manufacturing feasibility of the quoted designs and timelines for production.
8. Source products or components by floating RFQs and negotiating price and lead times with internal plants or external vendors to meet customer requirements and secure orders.
9. Effectively communicate with customers in a timely manner to address inquiries and gather feedback.
10. Proficiently use CRM tools & Maintain accurate records of quotes, customer interactions, and other relevant data.

OTHER SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES

1. Generate insightful reports analyzing key performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.
2. Manage new development projects by coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring successful project execution.
