As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting prospective students throughout the admissions process. Looking for an Academic counsellor for the prestigious Voice Culture Academy located at Powai,Mumbai...The job will be handling enquiries, taking follow up of enquiries and help students to enrol for the courses.

Qualifications And Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Passion for music and knowledge of different music genres
• Ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with students
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with the admissions process in an educational institution
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Guide and assist prospective students in the admissions process
• Provide information about our programs, courses, and admission requirements
• Answer inquiries from potential students and their parents/guardians
• Conduct admission interviews and assessments
• Evaluate and assess applicants based on their qualifications and suitability
• Maintain accurate records of applicant information and admissions data
• Collaborate with the admissions team to meet enrollment targets
• Participate in recruitment events and fairs to promote the academy
