Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, execution, and completion of strategic projects. This role requires a high level of analytical skills and extensive project management experience to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage strategic projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, goals, and budgets, and identify resources needed.
• Coordinate and supervise project team members.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates.
• Analyze and manage project risks.
• Ensure that all project documentation is up to date and accurate

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to address issues, problems and difficulties.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strategic or management consulting experience highly appreciated.
