We are currently seeking a highly motivated sales director to join our team, this position will be based in Düsseldorf.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to develop customer relationships, increase market share, and achieve sales revenue targets.
  • Forecast and create annual sales quotas to determine sales objectives.
  • Establish and nurture strong business relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Design programs to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in effective sales negotiations, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conduct market research and align sales strategies.


Position Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the solar energy industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in speaking and writing.
