Head of Site Supply Chain (w/m/d)

We are working with the global leader in flow control manufacturing who are searching for a Supply Chain Manager to join their dynamic team.

Our client is currently undergoing a worldwide ERP transformation project and this role will be essential in ensuring the end-to-end supply chain of the Langenzenn site runs smoothly whilst maintaining the client's global standards.

As well as leading your team and being responsible for the end-to-end supply chain processes, you will bring key skills and experience in:

• Demonstrable knowledge of manufacturing best practices
• End-to-end supply chain and operational experience
• Strong leadership experience and team development
• Extensive ERP experience and data analysis.

The successful candidate will have:

• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-collaboration
• Ability to think strategically and translate this to operational performance.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems and make decisions.
