Business Analyst

The Role:

Our Business Analyst is responsible for communicating with the business representatives (of the customer), understand existing processes, understand business needs & challenges, document the existing processes and define new processes as per the direction of the Business Process Architects.

Area of Responsibility:

• Document existing & proposed processes
• Ensure training of customer users in the defined business processes
• Improve processes across business functions
• Create pitch decks, presentations and reports.
• Facilitate the business planning cycle for various businesses.
• Analyzing data and drawing insights.
• Act as the main liaison between the customer representatives and internal & external stakeholders.
• Ensure action items from various meetings are implemented.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints

Knowledge / Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Fluent in German Language.
