How You’ll Make An Impact

Studio Resonate’s Design team brings standard and rich media ads to millions of users daily. Our team specializes in crafting advertising and station experiences that resonate with listeners and artists through a personal, targeted listening and visual experience. From strategic rich media solutions to dynamic audio experiences, we take pride in creating content that is innovative, relevant, and effective.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and optimize within a suite of digital ad products for advertisers that include Pharma, Local Auto, Universities, Financial, Consumer Goods, and Franchise verticals. You must have an eye for effective advertising and be able to maintain a high standard of quality in a fast-paced environment with a high-volume workload. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, with a passion for designing relevant creative that drives results and finds satisfaction in solving difficult visual problems.

  • Design, produce and revise high-quality creatives in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment; effectively manage incoming design requests while meeting multiple deadlines throughout each week
  • Create design mockups for advertising clients
  • Articulate and justify concepts and design solutions to client teams
  • Revise designs to support ad specifications and author ads via HTML and CSS
  • Work with Campaign and Account Managers to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Design and produce web and mobile units within standardized/proprietary templates for ad campaigns

What You’ll Need

  • Expert Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop/Illustrator required)
  • Comfortable working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Basic understanding of font families and file types
  • 5 years of relevant experience, including web/mobile advertising; experience designing ads for online/mobile performance-based advertising preferred
  • Strong portfolio that demonstrates experience in online/banner/mobile advertising
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately, professionally and independently within tight deadlines and large volumes of work
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize creative solutions to visual problems with limited assets
  • BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related field a plus
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
