COMPANY SUMMARY

My client was founded in 2001 as a commercial real estate private equity firm. A multi-discipline shop; investing and developing all types of commercial real estate across the country. They invest heavily alongside their partners but also raise equity from large single and multi-family offices and institutional investors around the world. To date, they've directly and indirectly participated in and sponsored over USD $1B of projects.

The primary focus has been and will continue to be value-add market-rate multifamily housing and student housing acquisitions and rehabs and across the risk spectrum. The primary geographic focus will be the southeast.

Working closely with, and reporting directly to the founder, the VP of investments will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating all new investment opportunities. He or she will also oversee financing activities and drive the overall business plan for each asset.
