About The Position

The Sr. Vice President of Enterprise Sales leads the ITS Logistics Enterprise team in revenue generation and strategically selling the ITS portfolio. This position is responsible for managing a senior group of individuals focused on Fortune 1000 customer acquisition and account management. These individuals serve as the tip of the spear as well as cross selling experts in each of our service offerings.

  • Lead the team to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets and metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders and partners.
  • Drive high levels of engagement at trade shows to foster growth and strengthen relationships with ITS Logistics customers and prospects.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise sellers to represent ITS Logistics, participating in customer visits both on-site and nationwide.
  • Strategically align prospects and customers with Enterprise Sellers and Account Managers for optimal outcomes.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with our largest accounts in conjunction with Enterprise Sellers.
  • Monitor and evaluate insights and analytics for effective performance coaching.
  • Oversee the Enterprise pipeline and forecasting for the group and individual sales team members.
  • Provide the executive team with visibility reports on current business and future pipelines.
  • Drive innovation in sales processes and tools, ensuring the team is equipped with the latest technologies and methodologies.
  • Lead negotiations for major contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for ITS Logistics.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership development opportunities for emerging leaders within the sales team.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and budget management to maximize return on investment.
  • Administer the enterprise team commission program.

About The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Track record for building sales organizations in a fast paced, high results environment.
  • Highly organized with a focus on using data and analytics to drive decisions.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively coach and influence others.
  • Proven revenue generation strategies and leadership.
  • Excellent understanding of sales best practices with the ability to implement customized solutions for customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced Technology understanding and competency including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer Service experience.
  • Strong work ethic.
