Job duties: This is a high-level administrative support role responsible for assisting both the Chief of Access to Justice Initiatives and the Chief Financial Officer. This position is hybrid with some remote work possible with approval by the supervisor. The successful candidate will manage data, manage and respond to internal and external inquiries, send out communications, make and send scheduling polls, schedule meetings, take minutes at meetings, perform administrative tasks as they relate to committees and projects, update web content and other publications, work on the budget and related documents, requests for proposals, manage multiple email accounts, and assist with event planning.
Required education and experience: Graduation from high school or equivalent; supplemented by at least two years of general clerical work experience, preferably in a court office or law office. Experience in word processing or court clerical experience preferred; or any equivalent combination of education or experience which provides the following skills:

- Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated skills with Word, Excel, Access, Adobe DC Pro, and Outlook
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Planner
- Ability to maintain various databases
- Ability to help produce web-based materials, forms, procedures, and other necessary documents related to the overall administration of the judicial branch
- Ability to monitor multiple email accounts to ensure timely, professional, and thorough responses to public and branch staff
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to develop and maintain an effective and harmonious working relationship with officials, employees, and the public
- Ability to monitor calendars and keep project stakeholders informed of upcoming milestone dates and meet deadlines.
