As a Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist at Kemboi Financial Agency, you'll play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and integrating top-tier talent into our organization. You'll work closely with hiring managers and candidates alike to ensure a positive experience at every stage of the recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams
  • Manage job postings and maintain Kemboi Financial Agency's brand presence on platforms like LinkedIn and other relevant channels
  • Guide new hires through the onboarding process, providing them with the resources and support they need to succeed from day one
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Work two days from home and three days at the office

Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting and/or onboarding, preferably in a fast-paced environment Preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Jazz HR (or similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
