They are now seeking a talented and motivated Project Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Position Overview: As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Conduct site visits to oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Support project managers in the development and implementation of project controls and risk management strategies.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in construction project engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
