CRi is seeking a motivated leader to oversee a team of of mental health professionals providing case management to clients living in Anne Arundel, Montgomery, and Baltimore counties. This candidate must be license as a LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Maryland. This position requires experience supervising and working with those diagnosed with mental health needs.
The qualified candidate will be skilled in initiating and maintaining engagement with community service agencies and serve as the point of contact for clients, referral agencies, and other stakeholders. Understanding the dynamics of supporting clients in a community setting is a plus.
Excellent time-management and organizational skills is a must as the candidate would function as both a clinical manager and an administrative manager to the team. The Program Manager is responsible for employee hiring and supervision, client admissions and discharges, budget development and management, quality services, managing a small client caseload, and overall compliance with all regional, contractual and licensure requirements.
Schedule: Monday-Friday Varies (40hrs/Full Time)
Locations: Anne Arundel, Baltimore, and Montgomery Counties
Compensation: $85,000/year
Requirements
Qualified applicants will posses:
Valid driver's license.
MA/MS degree in related field.
Licensed in the state of Maryland within a field related to working with clients diagnosed with mental health needs.
Must have one (1) year of experience in mental heath and treatment planning.
At least one (1) year of experience working as a Supervisor.
Experience in supervision, budgeting, crisis intervention, assessment, and service planning.
