Essential Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups.
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
Actively participate in treatment team meetings to collaborate on client care.
Collaborate with psychiatric team members and other clinicians to ensure high-quality client service.
Assess client needs and coordinate referrals to external services as necessary.
Develop individual service plans and adjust treatment approaches based on assessment data.
Coordinate with community providers, agencies, and schools to support client treatment and discharge planning.
Serve as a resource on community resources for families.
Maintain accurate case documentation and enter clinical notes into the EMR system daily.
Submit timely and accurate billing for services rendered.
Maintain punctuality and professionalism in session scheduling and delivery.
Utilize evidence-based practices in family therapy and promote family engagement.
Assist in mentoring and supervising Master's level clinicians and interns.
Develop specialized programs tailored to the population served.
Perform chart audits in compliance with company and state protocols.
Meet or exceed performance and productivity targets set by the company.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
Current, verifiable New Jersey State Clinical License (LCSW or LPC) in good standing.
2-3 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Availability to work evening hours to accommodate client schedules.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.
