Adecco has partnered with a Famous Internationally Recognized Food Manufacturing Company who has a location in City of Industry, CA. We are hiring a Full-Time Direct Hire Learning And Development Specialist.

Reason for open position: Brand New Position Created due to Growth & Head Count Increase

Job Summary:

• Career development, onboarding, and leadership development.
• In charge of training & development of existing employees
• Internal training for employee's annual compliance, meeting annual OSHA requirements, employee certification or re-certification
• Responsible for delivering new company trainings or new company policies
• Bringing all employees up to speed about
• Utilize PowerPoint to present to leadership
• Will partner with Human Resources (HR) colleagues, internal leaders and external trainers to drive innovative and high-impact talent and organization development programs and initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic goals and vision
• Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing/facilitating comprehensive solutions, training, and action plans to improve both organization and individual staff performance.
• Design, develop, manage and facilitate innovative and effective in-person learning solutions around leadership, onboarding, corporate culture, diversity & inclusion, performance coaching, and etc.
• Develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media best fit for the targeted audience and deliver the effective learning results.
• Train and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
• Reporting to Director of HR

Must have:

• Bachelor’s degree is requirement “can be flexible on the type of degree” Learning & Development or Organizational improvement
• 5 years Development training programs
• LMS ( Learning Management System)
• Consumer Products Goods, Manufacturing industry
• Experience with External and Internal Audits for- OSHA, ISO, GMP programs
• Microsoft power point “ must be able to present information to Leadership”
• “Spanish or Mandarin”
