The Community is expanding our Creative teams by hiring a Junior Art Director who works closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters and Account Services to help creative visual design initiatives for our clients ranging from TV commercials, digital campaigns and print advertisements. The Junior Art Director will work with senior team members to develop creative and innovative concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Work with creative, art, copywriting, and production department heads to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts and to coordinate creative activities.
• Create layouts, presentation templates with some oversight, explore typographic, photographic and color treatments for brands.
• Under senior team members, design concepts, storyboards and layouts to support creative ideas for clients
• Contributes to the development of creative concepts through participation through brainstorming and other idea-generating team sessions
• Be able to come up with ideas that can get the world talking. And have craft to back it up.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent: must include portfolio
• At least 0-2 years of experience in an agency, internship experience is great
• Strong conceptual thinker
• Excellent communication skills in English. Spanish language skills a plus
• Must be team oriented
• Deadline driven, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Must have experience with TV, Digital, Print, POS, Promotions and Design.
• Must have worked with Mac OS, Adobe CCS.
• Talent must be in the US to be considered for this position.
