Our client is a global alternative investment management firm with $9 billion in AUM operating across a broad range of derivatives-based strategies and is hiring an Investor Relations Analyst who will provide support to the Investor Relations team.
Responsibilities
Provide general support to all members of the Investor Relations & Client Solutions team and assist the team with delivering first class service to all investors and prospects
Work closely with team members and colleagues across departments to complete investor and prospective investor standardized and ad hoc reporting
Maintain and update the firm’s client relationship management system with all connectivity and email correspondences
Maintain firm wide marketing materials and presentation management software
Help oversee the relationship with the firm’s third-party administrator and provide support processing investor capital activity
Work to develop a strong product, strategy, and industry knowledge
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required
1-3 years of financial services experience preferred
Strong computer and analytical skills
CRM experience preferred
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize among many time-sensitive demands
Salary Range
$70,000-$80,000
