About The Role
AvePoint is hiring an Information Security & Privacy Analyst to enhance our Global Privacy, Security and Risk Team. Dive into the world of certifications, audits, and risk management, and play a pivotal role in safeguarding AvePoint and our innovative products.
Manage comprehensive IT security audits and incident responses.
Conduct security assessments and report findings
Deliver key privacy and security team projects.
Refine content based on stakeholder feedback, i.e, employee-based training, customers, auditors and regulators.
Represent PSR interests in cross-functional teams.
Conducting and maintaining best practices for operational privacy and security assessments.
Implement security policies and standards.
Contribute towards cutting-edge security and privacy research.
Qualifications
4 – 5 years of experience within the data protection, cyber security, and/or compliance/audit
BA/BS Degree
Experience in coordination of audit and certification programs (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST).
Risk management experience with the ability to apply risk principles to challenging business situations.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams.
Experience developing and managing a culture of responsive customer-oriented services and internal accountability.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Solid understanding of IT security
