We are seeking an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer to become an integral part of our team! You will assist in the research, development, certification, and quality control of our products.
Responsibilities
Production quality control and inspection of manufactured fixtures
Coordination of UL, CA Title 24, DLC, and Energy Star requirements with production
Provide product technical support to customers
Track project timelines to complete tasks on schedule
Ensure reliable operation of equipment
Work with the Assembly team to organize production
Develop new products and enhance existing ones.
Generate and manage new project ideas and development.
Conduct market research to understand and address market needs.
Test, analyze, and evaluate new and modified products, processes, and services to align with business objectives.
Analyze processes to identify and implement more effective problem-solving approaches.
Research, plan, and implement new programs and protocols.
Qualifications
Previous experience in lighting and LED lighting
Familiarity with Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
Demonstrated expertise in conducting research, designing product solutions, and communicating findings.
Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Proven innovation and adaptability.
Excellent analytical skills for researching and evaluating product design strategies.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Highly Organized and detail-oriented
Excellent root cause analysis skills
