Position Overview

We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as the Director of School Partnerships - Special Education. Reporting directly to our Senior Director of School Partnerships, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving new business relationships and expanding existing partnerships within the realm of special and alternative education.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Cycle Management: Lead the IDC sales cycle for the assigned territory, from identifying targets and prospects to closing contracts.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and our in-house Proposals Team to ensure smooth operations.

Prospect Identification and Attraction: Utilize targeted marketing campaigns, customer referrals, and relevant conferences to generate leads for IDC sales.

Sales Planning and Oversight: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue and profit goals.

Proposal Development Leadership: Work closely with the in-house proposals team to craft compelling sales proposals.

Stakeholder Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with Special Education directors, district leaders, school board members, and other influential stakeholders.

Key Account Strategy Implementation: Implement strategic initiatives to drive new and expansion business within key accounts.

Strategic Planning: Participate in regular planning and strategy meetings focused on growth efforts.

Market Analysis and Strategy: Identify attractive markets aligning with FullBloom's suite of services.

Education And Experience

Minimum of eight years of sales experience in K-12 solution and service-based models.

Deep understanding of K-12/Special Education buying cycles.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets in K-12 industries.

Experience in motivating and expanding sales teams.

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and pipeline management.

Ability to support and develop relationships with public school leaders.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Additional Information

This is a remote position with approximately 30-40% travel required. Compensation includes a competitive salary with an attractive commission structure.
