Job Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated Quality & care Coordinator to join our team and ensure that our high standards are consistently met across our stores, while also enhancing our customer care and repair services.

Job responsibilities

Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Manager.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of products in stores to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and work with store managers to address and rectify quality issues.
  • Train store staff on quality standards and procedures to ensure consistent customer experiences.
  • Customer Care:
  • Lead the customer care team to provide exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the resolution of customer issues, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining brand loyalty.
  • Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Repairs Services:
  • Manage the repair services process, from receiving and evaluating repair requests to coordinating with repair specialists.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality repairs that meet our brand's standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of repair activities and communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their items.

Profile

  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and retail, to ensure a cohesive approach to quality management.
  • Communicate effectively with store managers, staff, and customers to address quality-related concerns and feedback.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance and customer care metrics to senior management
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and customer care to keep the brand at the forefront of excellence.
  • Propose and implement initiatives to improve quality control processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness within the organization.

Skills And Competenticies

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality management
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and customer care principles.
  • Experience in luxury industry or retail industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work under specific timelines and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work across different functional areas and levels of organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quality management software.

The selected candidate will be offered a salary within the range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility. The salary offered will be dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
