Client Success Strategist - Home Services Sector

Requirements

Responsibilities for this role include:

  • Managing multiple client accounts within the home services industry
  • Developing a deep understanding of key home services industries while staying updated on emerging trends
  • Proactively communicating with clients to devise and refine campaign strategies with a focus on service quality and client satisfaction
  • Creating and implementing strategies in areas such as search engine optimization, content marketing, search engine marketing, and social media, tailored specifically to the home services sector
  • Collaborating closely with other teams to share ideas and foster personal and organizational growth
  • Utilizing various content management systems to optimize partner websites for increased sales and success
  • Leveraging Google Analytics and AdWords to make data-driven marketing decisions aimed at partner growth
  • Availability to respond to client requests and emergencies outside of regular business hours when necessary
  • Occasional travel to client locations for in-person meetings

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in client success, account management, or similar roles within the home services industry
  • 1-2 years of experience with Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, and/or Social Advertising
  • Google Analytics and AdWords Certifications are a plus
  • Ability to quickly adapt to and understand new digital technologies
