Position Description

The incumbent for this position will be procurement support for AWL IPT Engineering, Fabrication, Lab Operations, IT Systems and Networking. DG-03

The position(s) provide the acquisition of material (hardware/software) and licensing to support laboratory under guidance: operations, engineering, maintenance, certification, and modernization.

Procurement Position provide the construction of a Procurement Initiation Document under guidance with appropriate attachments. Adherence to procurement policies and procedures. Contracts are awarded for procurement requests via the Contracts Office. When procurement falls within the Bankcard dollar limit, purchase with credit card with adherence to established NAVAIR policies and procedures under guidance. Fed Supply orders (MILSTRIP) are also processed by this position. This position requires construction of a Procurement Initiation Document with appropriate attachments. Adherence to established NAVAIR policies and procedures for Contracts, Bank Card, and MILSTRIP procurements. DG-04
