About The Role

Ndustrial is hiring an experienced SaaS Account Manager in the Food & Beverage vertical who will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our food and beverage manufacturing and supply chain multi-site customers. You will serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management in your vertical and work closely with key stakeholders within the customer's organization.

Your responsibilities will include understanding the customer's business goals and objectives, identifying areas where Nsight, our Energy Intensity Platform, and solutions can add value, while working with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of our solutions. You will also be responsible for identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a deep understanding of the food and beverage supply chain industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Negotiate and manage complex customer and vendor contracts and close agreements to maximize profits across multiple Ndustrial offerings
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the food and beverage supply chain ranging from manufacturing, warehousing, transport and delivery/retail
  • Deliver on customer needs and ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer project requirements by communicating and leading specific initiatives across various internal functions
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Map and develop opportunities for new and existing business to identify areas of opportunity and growth
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare and maintain reports on account status
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within vertical
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Tech Sales or SaaS Account Manager or similar role in the Food & Beverage industry
  • Deep understanding of Food & Beverage supply chain, cold chain and/or energy
  • 3 years of technical and business acumen selling complex SaaS solutions in industrial, energy, and/or Food and Beverage environments
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally to prospective and existing customer accounts, industry conferences and engagements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
