Job Title: Head of Product - Software & SaaS

Salary: £130,000 10% Bonus

Location: Northampton, UK (80% remote)

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head of Product with a focus on Software and SaaS. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products, working closely with our software and SaaS experts to drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for our software and SaaS offerings
• Technical: Be technical minded and focused working within a software environment
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a talented team of product managers, designers, and engineers
• Market Research: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs
• Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch
• Collaboration: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing, and sales teams
• Customer Focus: Ensure that our products are customer-centric and meet their evolving needs

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: 5 years of senior product management experience, with a track record of success in software and SaaS
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement product strategies that drive business growth
• Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the software and SaaS industry
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with software development and SaaS architecture
