Our client is a highly successful PE backed Real Estate business who are going through an exciting period of growth and now are seeking a Head of Commercial Finance to join their team. The Head of Commercial Finance will report into the Director of Finance.

You will support financial performance through delivery of financial insight and analysis. You are responsible for forecasting, budgeting, tracking performance, risk analysis and pricing for many new revenue streams to the business through acquisitions. This will involve Business Partnering and responsibility for oversight, delivery and review of the annual budget and quarterly reforecast. You will gain a thorough understanding of the key drivers of financial performance and communicate these effectively to senior non finance colleagues. You will be producing analysis and insight to explain key drivers of forecast performance. This role is broad and will also include consolidating the revenue streams. Naturally, you will strive to improve controls, processes, systems and improve the quality of information. Due to the commercial and ad hoc nature of this role you will be heavily involved in ongoing projects and pieces of analysis.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA). They are looking for someone who has also worked in a fast-paced finance environment. Having excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to building effective relationships and a passion for coaching and developing your team to achieve business excellence will be sought after.

This role is based in Central London (Zone 1) and paying strong basic salary plus bonus and benefits. The company operates a hybrid working model.
