Financial Director

Part-time Finance Director

An excellent opportunity to join an innovative multimedia company. They cover the latest trends in fashion, beauty, art, music, and youth culture, reaching over 1.4 million users globally. They're seeking a London-based Finance Director to join their team 3 days per week on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, financial statements, and budgets
• Manage HMRC finance matters and VAT compliance
• Implement and maintain financial controls
• Reconcile balance sheets and fixed asset registers
• Present management accounts and manage profit and loss
• Develop financial processes and handle invoices
• Oversee payroll, pensions, and direct reports
• Handle ad hoc finance projects and year-end accounts

Requirements:

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
• Proven track record in a fast-paced business environment
• Strong commercial orientation and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
