Our client is one of the main dealer groups supplying Agricultural equipment across Western Australia. They have been selling and servicing machinery in the are for decades across multiple locations. You will be joining a highly skilled team and be presented with great opportunities to help grow in this thriving business.
About The Role
We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead our client's new Greenfield site. As the driving force behind this new branch, you will play a vital role in building and developing a high-performing team from the ground up.
In this position, you will oversee all aspects of the branch's daily operations, profitability, and growth. With the support of a dedicated company that values a strong family culture, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing this new location to success.
The ideal candidate will be sales focused and be involved with selling machinery, with a keen eye for growth strategies as well as excellent management and leadership skills.
Ideally, you will have:
Proven experience in a similar role, supervising a team
Previous experience selling trucks, automotive, tractors, or other equipment
Experience mentoring, leading, and helping teams to meet KPIs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Devotion to customer satisfaction and service requirements
Strong computer literacy skills with exposure to industry-leading Dealer Management Systems

Whilst not essential, previous exposure to Construction, Trucks or Farming Machinery in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous (but not essential) for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as Komatsu, Hitachi, Caterpillar, Volvo CE, Bobcat, John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.
Salary package will include a healthy base retainer comms & vehicle. OTE will be c.$180k The business will assist in sourcing housing to make the transition easier.
